The whole process of making our appointment to having our shutters put up was quick and easy. Dennis made an appointment with us in the same week that we called him, we didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for someone to come out to give us an estimate. We did shutters on all our windows in our house and couldn’t believe how reasonable the cost was… We have fairly large windows. He told us it would take 8 weeks to be made, but in the meantime, he gave us temporary shades to help in the bedrooms… Which helped a lot… Finally, when our shutters came, I finally understood why it took 8 weeks…. The shutter come to your house already built… They just fit right into your window perfectly…. Everyone we talked to was very nice and courteous. The guys worked fast and as a team…. Could not be happier with our shutters! We ordered the 4.5 “clear view shutters and the view to our backyard is awesome. Installation took about 7 weeks from the time we ordered but it was well worth the wait. Updates to us were provided as we came closer to the installation date.
